Have some questions about warranties? Find the answers below.
If your shades begin moving slowly, your batteries either need to be replaced or the motor needs to be charged. If there is a tube located behind your shade, you will need 8 AA batteries. If there is no battery tube, there is a charging lead coming off of the motor. Connect the supplied charger.
Low voltage hard-wired shades have a power distribution panel often located near other home automation technology (usually a gray box on a wall). You may need to replace the 2A fuses for the shades if there was a power surge or storm. High voltage hard-wired shades may have tripped a breaker in your breaker box.
Check or replace the batteries in your remote control. Relocate the remote or MyLink closer to the shades and see if this helps improve performance.
